Our team has over 20 year’s experience in the property market and construction.

Osman Uddin is the Managing Director, has a diploma in Business Management and has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years.

Abdul Aziz is the Project Co Ordinator of Din Bros Construction who has a BSC in Business & Technology. Who also has a wealth of experience and his involvements have a huge impact on design and build. In the industry he is known as the ‘Doctor of construction’ due to his vast knowledge and input.

Both have worked with numerous sub contractors and managed sites for developers. With our expertise have eventually completed projects and now enter projects on a JV partnership with other developers who source the funds from purchase to completion.

It’s been over a year now that Din Bros Construction Ltd has been established and trading successfully as a main contractor on 3 sites and assisting developers and contractors on other sites in areas where our experience, knowledge and networking is acquired.

Also, we have been joined by Manuel Ramos our Quantitative Surveyor who also covers procurement. Architect Shorplans, Carl Short has also covered his own projects so his input on design and finishing is cost effective and sets our standards high.

We have a good effective team of professionals which we’ve developed throughout the years and work efficiently at a high level. Our relationship and understanding with them has been developed to a level that all acquirements instructed are implemented from start to completion.

We take considerable steps that all areas of Health & Safety are covered. Especially after the alarming figures of 370 related deaths on building sites so far in 2021.  Therefore, we have been joined by SOB which is led by Shane O Brien who makes sure all Health & Safety measures are in place and implemented. Cedric our Heath & Safety supervisor is also on site that these measures are actioned and followed by all.

We have a tracker system every month which updates the progress of all professionals and health & safety and is attached to our progress reports which are reviewed every month in our design meetings.

We establish a friendly environment where our design team and skilled workforce can all work together and have an understanding to maintain a good professional relationship amongst themselves. We won’t tolerate any abuse or remarks that will undermine amongst themselves. We won’t tolerate any abuse or remarks that will undermine anyone’s position, beliefs, race or gender.

We have all insurances covered from public and private liability to employee’s liability and Contractors All risk Insurance. Our legal team Lex Sterling is always in hand for any contracts and legal advice.
